Soft Lancing

In soft lancing mode, the PTI Jet Burner produces an oxidizing, rigid flame which is capable of cutting the scrap in front of the burner. PTI has developed a method of scrap preheating using the soft lancing mode to produce more surface area of scrap for more efficient heat transfer.
